Even loved having a front porch like setting, great sitting there in between beach, pool and eating out. Also there are quite a few nice restaurants in short walking distance, our favorite was the Tiki Hut and adjacent restaurant, just a few steps away also from the hotel and very fairly priced, The Grouper there is like no other hands down! The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean and I loved the kitchenette, did not think I would use one as much as we did but it came in very handy and was used a lot! they provide everything you would need to cook. We had such a great experience here! We Loved it for so many reasons! We purposely didn't rent a car so we could just "relax" and not worry about going anywhere and turns out we didn't need too! The Location is absolutely perfect, literally just steps away from the beach and water priceless.
The nearest Publix is about a mile away and they deliver grocery via instacart as well.… We elected to rely on ride-share and were able to get transportation everywhere we needed with somewhat minimal wait times. There is a farmers market on Tuesday/Thursday about a half mile south of the inn which was a nice walk for morning coffee one day! It should be noted that many of the bars or restaurants are on the north end of fort Myers beach so you’d likely need a car or ride share to access. The office hours are 9-5 daily but we received detailed instructions on what to do for our arrival after 5 pm. I also appreciate that we had bountiful towels and extra blankets, which are often overlooked in even the nicest hotels! I found the management team incredibly friendly and customer oriented. We walked to the beach each morning and were able to easily return to access our room, refrigerator, use the restroom, etc. We had a lovely stay and the location allowed us maximum beach time for the short trip we had!! This is not a luxury hotel, but is a great quality accommodation and value for the price point and location. The room and overall experience exceeded my expectations. Stayed three nights for a quick friend getaway.
